About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, taking ownership of various duties while ensuring that our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved. In the absence of the Manager, you will be the first point of contact, motivating the workforce to drive sales and offer outstanding customer service while exceeding targets and maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure customers receive considerate and responsible service throughout their visit.
- Deal with inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Management: Ensure personal appearance and standard of dress for the internal team aligns with company guidelines.
- Data Analysis: Have a good understanding of our Customer Service measuring programme and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Ensure targets are achieved and exceeded wherever possible.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
