Position Purpose
The Senior Immigration Attorney will be responsible for reviewing various types of immigration applications, conducting thorough legal research, and collaborating with senior attorneys to ensure optimal results. This role requires a strong interest in immigration law and excellent analytical skills.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Review draft immigration applications according to instructions from senior attorneys
- Identify, track, and implement necessary edits prior to submission
- Effectively communicate changes to other team members
- Meet daily goals for reviewing cases
- Perform comprehensive legal research on immigration law topics
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Ability to follow detailed directions
- Experience using case management software systems is preferred
- Strong interest in immigration law
- Support Lisinski Law Firm's mission of helping people obtain documents and stay together with their families
- Proficiency in computer skills, including typing, document management, and email communication
