We are seeking an Early Years Educator to lead our pre-school aged classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing a developmentally appropriate preschool programme for young children, ensuring high standards of care and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a preschool programme tailored to the needs of 10 children during ECCE hours and 8 children during full day care hours.
  • Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all children under the designed programme.
  • Support and guide early year educators working within the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum FETAC Level 7 Major award in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in the childcare sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Child Protection principles.
Additional Requirements:
  • To develop individual educational plans, curriculum plans and observations to encourage child development and progression.
  • Excellent communication skills with parents and members of the community.
