Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker

At Orchard Care Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support services to individuals with medium to profound disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker to join our team in Corlea and Kilshrewley, Co. Longford.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to service users, promoting their development, health, and wellbeing.
  • Engage in daily activities and routines of the service, ensuring a person-centred approach.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other relevant stakeholders to provide holistic care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above in a relevant area, such as Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, or Youth & Community.
  • Full manual driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
