Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Firmware Engineer to lead embedded software development for advanced medical products.

This senior role involves low-level programming, hardware-software integration, and technical leadership.

  • Architect and develop firmware compliant with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize embedded systems for efficient performance.
  • Lead product success through design and field performance improvements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive process efficiency.
  • Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production teams.
  • Support technology readiness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing firmware solutions for our medical products. This includes:

  • Designing and developing firmware compliant with IEC 62304.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing embedded systems for efficient performance.
  • Leading product success through design and field performance improvements.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and driving process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong C programming and embedded systems experience.
  • Proven product development and technical leadership.
  • Test-driven development and documentation expertise.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor others.
