About the Role

This role is responsible for leading and executing a company-wide 'greening retail' project, with the goal of implementing sustainable practices across all locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in sustainability or employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, timelines, and risks; implementing a project management structure to support environmental strategic initiatives; monitoring and reporting on project progress; staying informed on relevant trends and best practices; identifying and engaging stakeholders; collaborating with cross-functional teams; developing and implementing staff engagement campaigns; creating and implementing KPIs; coordinating sustainability champions or green teams; and recommending process improvements.

  • A degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Communications, Project Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience managing projects, preferably in sustainability, employee engagement, or change management.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and translate project goals into practical actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and strategic oversight.
