We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role within our organization.

Job Description

The position involves providing financial services to support business growth and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for Intercompany accounting activities, including processing cross-charge transactions, reconciling accounts, and reviewing reports.

You will work closely with the RTR Manager/Senior Manager to ensure accurate recharges and documentation. Your tasks will also include preparing manual accruals, processing wire requests, and providing financial analysis and audit schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process intercompany cross-charge transactions (e.g., ESPP, Payroll, Stock, T&E, BCD congress).
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts, including ICO Product, Non-Product, Loan, and FX accounts.
  • Review ICO AP & AR reports and request settlements via IHC.
  • Book intercompany accruals at month-end.
  • Settle intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Clear intercompany accounts, including manual and IHC transactions.
  • Coordinate with in-market finance teams to ensure accurate recharges and documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Part or newly qualified accountant (or equivalent experience) with multinational RTR exposure.
  • Experience with Intercompany processes in SAP is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience in a shared service environment is an advantage.
