Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the invoicing process, assist in financial planning and support key business initiatives. As a key team member, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire invoicing process from receipt of invoice to final cash collection
  • Prepare and submit VAT reconciliations and returns on time
  • Support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other strategic projects
  • Administer all aspects of the Company Pension Scheme
  • Contribute to cyclical budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist with the annual audit process, including preparation of documentation and responding to auditor queries
  • Perform other finance and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5 years proven experience in a finance role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with financial/ERP systems desirable
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a drive to succeed and progress your career
