Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out tasks related to slaughtering and animal welfare, adhering to high standards of food safety.

  • Bone and trim meat products, requiring attention to detail and precision.

  • Packaging and preparing products for dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality control measures.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Maintain a safe and clean working area, adhering to all health and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry or environment is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.

  • Able to work effectively in cold temperatures and maintain productivity levels.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

  • Team player with a positive attitude, flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations.

  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
