Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organizations to provide a tailored support service.
  • Work closely with clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
  • Develop and implement robust case management plans for each client.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and intensive job search support to clients.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the local labor market.

Requirements
Leaving Certificate or equivalent;
Minimum of three years' experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment;
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
Comfortable with remote working technology;
Excellent administrative skills, including fast and accurate data entry;
Able to build rapport and work effectively with diverse individuals;
Experience in delivering presentations in a group setting or public speaking;
Strong prioritization and time management skills;
Fluent written and spoken English.
