We are seeking a Blending Paint Specialist to join our team. Based in Dublin 12, this role will be responsible for blending paint products to meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in blending or mixing paint and will be able to work well as part of a team. They will also have strong attention to detail, particularly in colours, and be comfortable lifting materials and moving stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blend custom paint orders within specific order guidelines and by specified due date.
  • Implement the Quality Control Policy at all stages of manufacturing in compliance with various regulations and quality standards.
  • Evaluate critical deviations and treat Major Malfunctions.
  • Validate the choice of producing tools in agreement with the Facility Manager for reliable Manufacturing Processes.
  • Improve and Maintain the ratio Right First Time (RFT) target.
  • Problem solve about products and treat issues in time.
  • Analyse data using computer tools.
  • Manage batch size within +/- 10% to order size.
  • Follow Waste Minimization Plan, PSR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazardous Material Handling Procedures, and all other safety procedures as outlined.
