Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical initiatives within a strategic theme, working closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure strategic alignment, effective execution, and clear communication throughout the program.
  • Provide stability and continuity, ensuring sustained focus on program goals over time.
  • Proactively anticipate information and collaboration needs, including security, legal, pricing, and customer success considerations.

Program Execution:

Lead end-to-end program execution of complex technical initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining alignment with program goals.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define program requirements and turn strategic objectives into detailed, measurable, and well-structured program plans.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, ideally on large-scale technical projects, with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background in AI/ML (preferred) or experience in automation, workflows, personalization, analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple, complex technical programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
