As a Technical Program Manager, you will be a subject matter expert in your respective program, representing a strategic theme within the organization.

You will drive technical initiatives within this theme, working closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, effective execution, and clear communication.

Your responsibilities will include defining program scope, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and driving stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.

You will provide stability and continuity, ensuring sustained focus on program goals over time.

You will anticipate information and collaboration needs, considering security, legal, pricing, and customer success, enabling seamless execution and informed decision-making.

You will proactively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, keeping all stakeholders moving towards a shared vision of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end program execution of complex technical initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining alignment with program goals.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define program requirements and turn strategic objectives into detailed, measurable, and well-structured program plans.
  3. Identify and mitigate dependencies and risks, resolve roadblocks, and address technical and operational challenges.
  4. Drive alignment and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on program objectives, deliverables, and expected timelines.
  5. Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics for program performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, ideally on large-scale technical projects, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background in AI/ML (preferred) or experience in automations, workflows, personalization, analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple, complex technical programs simultaneously.
  • Expertise in anticipating and addressing risks and roadblocks, aligning stakeholders, and leading groups to resolution.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, guiding stakeholders to clarity, alignment, and concrete plans.
