About this role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the implementation of an Issue Management Policy and Standard.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining various projects across the enterprise for issue management, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep risk and compliance background and experience working across the three lines of defense.

Key skills required:

  • Leadership and self-directed work
  • Strong consultation, communication, prioritization, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in leading and directing deliverables, providing recommendations, and taking initiative on projects or tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and drive outcomes independently
