Skillful professionals with a strong analytical background are invited to apply for this Portfolio Construction Analyst position.
We are seeking an exceptional individual who can manage discretionary client portfolios in line with agreed mandates and investment committee guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of client assets, ensuring optimal asset allocation, performance, and risk mitigation.
- They will analyze client portfolio data to identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with the investment team to implement effective solutions.
- A key point of contact between the team and client advisers, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide expert advice on investment matters.
- They will also collaborate with the investment strategy and selection teams to ensure that core portfolios meet their goals.
Requirements:
- A relevant third-level degree or master's in business, finance, accountancy, or engineering is required.
- A keen interest in investments and financial markets, coupled with a willingness to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is highly desirable.
- Excellent IT capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), is essential.
- Bloomberg Analytics tools experience, specifically PORT, would be beneficial.
