About the Role:

  • We seek a seasoned developer to lead our application development frameworks.
  • This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining integration of vendor and proprietary solutions.
  • Your work will enable scalable, secure, and reusable solutions for Compliance, Surveillance, and Supervision functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance core development frameworks, utilities, and components.
  • Develop and maintain critical services supporting deployments across multiple delivery streams.
  • Define and implement coding standards, policies, and best practices for developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver foundational capabilities in line with business needs.
  • Review solution designs for alignment with architectural and security standards.
  • Promote CI/CD best practices and modern release pipelines.
  • Act as technical SME guiding high-complexity and risk projects.
  • Drive consensus and collaboration between technical and functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in software development and architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle, order flow, and market structures.
