Job Summary

Lead complex projects that drive technical innovation and solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and track key performance metrics for project efficiency and throughput.
  • Contribute to setting project expectations, prioritize tasks, and align with strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in planning functions and contribute to programs aimed at process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project obstacles.
  • Drive the transition from legacy processes to modern, efficient systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience managing technical projects for core infrastructure and capacity planning initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical strategies and plans to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop business processes within a global planning organization.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of financial implications of technical changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and develop effective solutions.
