Senior Process Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer who can lead technical initiatives, foster team development and provide technical leadership.

Job Description

This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects in sterile drug product unit operations such as formulation, vial filling, pre-filled syringe filling, lyophilization and vial capping. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to colleagues across functional boundaries.

Your key objectives will include leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in the analysis of manufacturing data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

You should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, as well as a thorough understanding of GMP biotechnology manufacturing. Experience with complex technical projects and regulatory agency audits would be beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline with 6 years experience in a similar role OR PhD and 4 years of directly related experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build teams and operate across functional boundaries, both internal and external.
