The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Organising and managing inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
  2. Ensuring accurate inventory reporting and record-keeping.
  3. Planning and managing inventory storage and retrieval processes.
  4. Compliance with company and local statutory obligations.
  5. Managing daily operational issues in a proactive and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for delivering team member performance reviews and feedback, as well as managing absence, grievance, and disciplinary issues in line with HR policy.

We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with at least 12 months' experience in team management. A Shared User FMCG/Retail Warehouse/pick and pack/IQC environment is essential.

Knowledge of customers operating systems and reports produced would be beneficial, but full training will be given.
