Job Opportunity: Senior Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Deputy Store Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a senior management position that requires leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. As Senior Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across multiple Dublin locations. You will lead high-performing teams in Fashion, Home, and Food departments, collaborating closely with Store Managers to achieve exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and profitability within Fashion and Home departments across key Dublin locations
  • Support the Store Manager in enhancing operational and commercial performance in high-traffic stores
  • Motivate and support department teams to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Elevate the customer experience through expert service delivery, product knowledge, and visual presentation standards
  • Analyse trading and P&L data to identify opportunities and implement strategic action plans
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing high-volume retail operations with teams of 30+ employees
  • Comfortable with travel across multiple Dublin locations, ensuring consistent performance and standards
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Results driven, with a demonstrated ability to lead large teams and consistently exceed KPIs
  • A strong background in visual merchandising, commercial operations, and fashion and home retail is required
