Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to oversee a high-volume fashion store in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a passion for customer experience, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Analyse store performance, stock levels, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise results.
    • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
    • Deliver high standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with brand expectations.
    • Support succession planning through structured team development, training, and regular performance reviews.
    • Liaise with senior management to align the store's objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior retail management role within fashion, lifestyle, or high-street retail.
    • Demonstrated success managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret business reports and respond with clear action plans.
    • Skilled in managing change, influencing others, and driving a results-led culture.
    • Approachable, confident, and hands-on leadership style.
