Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a small team to achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes personalized service and consultative selling.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, stock management, and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Drive sales through effective leadership, customer engagement, and attention to detail.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand's premium positioning.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with buyers to optimize product offerings and customer preferences.
  • Report on store performance and contribute ideas to drive footfall and sales.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in menswear or a similar industry.
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service ethos with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Confident in driving performance and taking ownership of store results.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
