Seeking a Senior Merchandiser to join our fast-paced retail business.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced merchandiser to lead the planning and buying process for key product categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective buying strategies.
  • Managing stock and product intake to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborating with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure efficient stock flow.
  • Producing and presenting business reports and sales analysis at a senior level.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' merchandising experience in a fashion or sports retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
