Job Title: Tax Analyst

Our company seeks a skilled Tax Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in international withholding tax processing and reporting.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accurate identification, processing, and tracking opportunities for withholding tax reduction on behalf of our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, scan, record, distribute, and file large volumes of documentation received by the team daily.
  • Review work of others and provide training and control reporting as needed.
  • Handle complex queries and refer complicated issues to higher-level specialists or regional tax teams when necessary.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to general queries from clients, custodians, and Relationship Managers.
  • Work closely with relevant contacts within the scope of the process and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Continuously meet and exceed client expectations and requirements.
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements: Bright, articulate, and entrepreneurial individual with demonstrated ability to navigate obstacles, work under pressure, and successfully deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-moving business environment. Must be resilient to pressure and have the ability to adapt quickly.
