Leadership Position

This is a senior-level position in an accounting practice where you will lead and manage advisory-led tax engagements with a focus on transactional work.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage advisory-led tax engagements, including transaction support, due diligence, structuring, and technical advisory.
- Support corporate clients and internal teams on wide-ranging tax advisory matters, including M&A, reorganisations, and inbound/outbound investments.
- Act as a key technical point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear strategic tax guidance.
- Review technical reports, identify risk areas, and provide practical recommendations in line with current legislation and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Finance, Audit, and Legal on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Coach and develop junior members of the team while contributing to internal technical training initiatives.
- ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified, with 6+ years' experience in a corporate tax or advisory role within a large practice.
- Demonstrable expertise in transactional tax advisory, including due diligence, structuring, and risk review.
- A high level of technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex tax issues to non-specialists in a clear and concise way.
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
