Accountant Team Lead Opportunity

About the Role

We seek an experienced Accountant Team Lead to lead a team in fund accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of accountants providing high-quality services.
  • Review and oversee net asset values, valuations, and client reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage workloads efficiently while meeting client service levels and deadlines.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development for team members.
  • Act as the key liaison with clients, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting quality.
Requirements:
  • Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • 10+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience reviewing NAVs.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor, and manage teams.
  • Strong client service orientation and stakeholder engagement.
