Responsibilities:
  • Mentor team members in quality and commissioning processes.
  • Implement quality procedures in line with client standards.
  • Contribute to innovation in design, installation, start-up, and commissioning to improve efficiency while maintaining best-in-class safety.
  • Create snagging/punch lists and foresee potential quality issues at early stages.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage various contractors.
  • Coordinate commissioning plans, schedules, and protocols.
  • Work with design and construction teams to integrate commissioning requirements into project workflows.
  • Oversee testing, verification, and validation of critical systems.
  • Compile documentation for testing and inspections related to quality and commissioning.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in mission-critical facilities, particularly Power Generation, Substations, Data Centres, or Oil & Gas.
