Job Title: Corporate Services Ambassador
We are seeking a Corporate Services Ambassador to enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
The Corporate Services Ambassador will be responsible for assisting employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. This will include maintaining a tidy and inviting environment across areas such as meeting rooms, communal kitchen/coffee areas, mail room, and lobbies.
The successful candidate will respond promptly to incoming service requests from clients and colleagues. They will also keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.
Additionally, the Corporate Services Ambassador will collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience. They will handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude is essential for this role.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are also necessary. Previous experience in a similar client-facing role is a plus.
