Job Opportunity:
Catering OfficerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Officer to lead our hospital's catering services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for food and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our catering services, ensuring high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise a team of catering staff, providing guidance and training to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain positive working relationships with all staff.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with health and safety legislation, hospital policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or contract catering in a supervisory role.
- A degree in Hospitality Management (NFQ Level 7) or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
