Job Title: Team Leader/Person in Charge

We are currently recruiting for a senior leadership role that requires strong management skills and experience of working with individuals with autism.

This is a full-time permanent position working 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The start and end times are flexible, but generally fall between 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:30am-5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage a team of employees and ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism.
  • To develop and implement care plans that meet the needs and rights of individuals with autism.
  • To work closely with other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting individuals with autism.
Requirements:
  • A full Degree in Social Care/Studies Or Relevant 3^rd Level Qualification at degree level (or relevant qualification received outside the state recognised by NARIC equivalent to Irish level 8).
  • Eligible to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
  • Three years Management experience with responsibility for a team of employees.
  • Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector.
  • Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism.
