Working pattern: Monday-Friday
Main Job Duties- Developing and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislative requirements;
- Supporting the maintenance and development of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) including ISO45001, ISO14001 & ISO9001;
- Conducting risk assessments and reviewing results to identify areas for improvement;
- Coordinating training sessions to enhance staff knowledge in core Health and Environmental subjects;
- Managing site Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans to ensure business continuity;
- Providing health and safety advice and support on site / client projects;
- Investigating accidents or incidents onsite or on client sites, documenting findings and reporting outcomes;
- Preparing health and safety documentation required for site projects;
- Maintaining close liaison with facilities, technical and administrative teams to ensure implementation of Health and Safety regulations;
- Collaborating with senior managers to provide expert advice on Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality matters;
- Maintaining systems of auditing in accordance with current legislation and Corporate procedures;
- Administering HSEQ software systems around document control, auditing, incident reporting etc;
- A minimum Level 7 degree or higher diploma in a relevant field such as Health and Safety;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing environment;
- Experience working with management systems i.e. ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001;
- Proven ability to work independently with problem-solving skills and innovative thinking;
- Membership of IOSH (or equivalent) is desirable;
- Proficiency in Microsoft IT applications;
- A Full Clean Driving Licence and access to own vehicle;
- Flexibility to travel as required;
