Student Records Management Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management and maintenance of student records systems.

  • Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of SRMS and university processes.
  • Oversee training and support for faculty, staff, and students on SRMS use.
  • Address system-related issues or concerns.
  • Manage report creation and production related to student records and academic performance.
  • Collaborate with IT, academic departments, and university offices to meet stakeholders' needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum Honours degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in student information systems, database management, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
