Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the efficient delivery of electrical switchgear projects. Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will coordinate with engineering teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from planning through to closeout, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of switchgear systems.
  • Lead project teams and maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing progress reports and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within the switchgear, electrical, or power industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgear systems and commissioning processes.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with international electrical standards and safety practices.
