Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior/HR Manager to join our team in EMEA and APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading regional HR teams and driving talent acquisition strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to global HR strategy, partnering with global HR teams, and supporting DEI initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regional HR Leadership (EMEA & APAC)
  • Act as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across EMEA and APAC.
  • Ensure compliance with regional labour laws and regulations, adapting policies as needed.
  • Manage employee relations, collaborating with leadership and legal teams when required.
  • Drive regional talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR Management.
  • Experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC regions.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures.
