Job Profile

The Data Science Manager will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists to develop innovative AI solutions.

  • Lead and manage a team of data scientists, ensuring they adhere to best practices in data science.
  • Drive strategic initiatives from conception to deployment, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the evaluation and application of machine learning techniques/frameworks, ensuring best practices and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to facilitate professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists, guiding them towards achieving business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and drive strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, leadership roles preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages, data visualization tools, and machine learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
