**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting, promoting independence and community integration;
- Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with service users and their families;
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, maintaining awareness of positive behavior supports and confidentiality requirements;
**Requirements:
- Full manual driving license essential;
- Minimum Level 7 in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant Health Act Regulations, HIQA Standards, and all other relevant legislation;
