Job Title: Structural Erection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to work as a Structural Erection Specialist. This role involves designing, constructing, and managing complex scaffolding structures across various construction sites.

• Design and build intricate scaffolding systems, including independent scaffolds, birdcage scaffolds, and suspended scaffolds.
• Lead and supervise a team of specialists, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Analyze blueprints and design plans to determine the most suitable scaffolding structure for each project.
• Closely inspect and assess scaffold stability and safety, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certificate
• Valid CSCS ticket
• Demonstrated experience as a scaffolder or structural erector in the construction industry
