The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and constructing complex scaffolding structures, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
Responsibilities- Design and construct complex scaffolding structures, including independent scaffolds, birdcage scaffolds, and suspended scaffolds.
- Lead and supervise a team of scaffolders, overseeing their work and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Interpret blueprints and design plans to determine the most suitable scaffolding structure.
- Conduct thorough inspections and risk assessments to guarantee scaffold stability and safety.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certificate
- Valid CSCS ticket
- Proven experience as a scaffolder in the construction industry.
