This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and engaging potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.

As a seasoned professional in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, you will leverage your expertise to track market trends and conditions, uncover opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that meet business objectives, balancing cost savings with quality and reliability.
  • Source and engage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and foster lasting partnerships to drive value and efficiency.
  • Monitor market dynamics to identify areas for improvement, reducing costs, and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide procurement guidance and support throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
  • E nsure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Promote operational excellence through process streamlining, best practice adoption, and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within the Construction industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating across teams and organizational levels.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
