Our organization is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming procurement requests, drive business growth through strategic planning, and enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes.
  • Develop and manage the pipeline of procurement demands, renewals, and terminations, fostering effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable to establish new vendors and implement vendor management strategies.
  • Build strong working relationships with teams across IT, Risk, Compliance, Change, HR, Finance, and Operations, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop positive stakeholder relationships across multiple business areas and locations, driving engagement and alignment.
  • Negotiate, draft, and finalize contracts of varying scope and value in collaboration with internal partners, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a procurement function, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, plus at least 2 years of hands-on experience negotiating procurement deals ranging from €5k – €250k.
  • Broad procurement knowledge, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging expertise to drive business objectives.
  • Previous involvement in creating standardized processes and tools at a group level is an advantage, enabling scalable solutions and process improvements.
