Design Manager Role

Join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy management. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative and sustainable solutions that address industry-wide challenges in efficiency and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients across the UK to develop tailored design strategies
  • Lead FEED and detailed design processes for substation projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and new builds

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or related field)
  • Strong experience in the energy sector with a background in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
  • Proactive individual with knowledge and experience of the energy industry
  • Ability to coach and mentor juniors in the team and cross-collaborate across the business
