Job Title: Investment Administrator Italian Speaking

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and verify daily fund administration activities and participate in periodic service review meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for issues related to net asset value (NAV) calculation.
  • Support fund oversight activities associated with NAV calculation.
  • Conduct share and cash reconciliation checks, including trades.
  • Collaborate with custodians on a daily basis.
  • Verify EMIR reporting activity.
  • Assist in developing and implementing fund administration and investment operations activities, including EMIR processes, to introduce new products or modify existing ones.
  • Support the implementation, upgrade, or revision of investment control processes and procedures with fund administrators, custodian banks, asset managers, and other external service providers.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on portfolio holdings/performances and other investment matters to support internal committees and company functions.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance/asset management industry in a role related to fund administration/accounting.
  • Exposure to various asset classes, including fixed income, equities, monetary, collective investment vehicles, and derivatives.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, quick learner with strong analytical skills.
