AI Data Enrichment Specialist Role

Seeking meticulous and detail-oriented professionals to contribute to the development of cutting-edge large language models (LLMs).

About the Role

As an AI Data Enrichment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.

- Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.

- Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.

- Conduct research to ensure accurate annotations.

- Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.

- Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data. Key qualifications include:

- High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Working Hours & Location

Choose between fixed shifts:

- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
