About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assisted Living Carer in Ireland.

As an Assisted Living Carer, you will assist clients with daily activities, helping to enhance their quality of life and maintain their dignity.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer assistance, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a sense of belonging and community.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and provide updates to relevant parties, utilizing basic computer skills for task documentation and communication.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or an assisted living environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new environment.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in healthcare or caregiving are advantageous.
  • EU residency is mandatory.
