Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about enhancing communication and swallowing abilities in individuals of all ages.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client assessments.
  • Conduct therapy sessions that target communication goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Educate clients and families on communication strategies and techniques to encourage practice outside of sessions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, proven experience as a Speech Therapist, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient and compassionate approach.

A strong understanding of various speech and language disorders and treatment methodologies, the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, and a willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new cultural setting are essential requirements.
