We are seeking skilled professionals to join our multidisciplinary team in providing specialist speech and language services for children and young people with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:- To conduct thorough assessments of speech, language and communication requirements.
- To design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based approaches.
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans.
- Providing education and strategies to families and caregivers to enhance communication at home.
- Leading the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.
- A recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy.
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience as a Speech & Language Therapist, preferably in paediatric settings.
- CORU registration or eligibility for CORU registration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
