Senior Speech & Language Therapist Position

Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapy Provision: Design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based approaches to address the speech, language, and communication needs of our clients.
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop integrated treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Family Support: Provide education and strategies to enhance communication at home and support families in their caregiving roles.
  • Leadership: Contribute to the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act and lead on specific projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience working as a Speech & Language Therapist.
  • CORU Registration: CORU registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
