Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview
Our organisation is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to support our mission-driven facility in Dublin. This role will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
As an experienced maintenance professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standard of quality required by our cGMP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to regulatory requirements and established procedures.
- Provide technical support during new equipment installations and product introductions.
- Maintain the maintenance quality system by adhering to relevant SOPs, policies, and cGMP requirements.
- Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Maintain spare parts and equipment within the facility and engineering stores.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained in the maintenance management system.
- Utilise IT systems as required.
- Lead shift handovers and report issues using a tier-meeting approach.
Requirements:
- A degree or certification in a mechanical, electrical, or related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in an appropriate commercial manufacturing environment.
- Prior hands-on experience with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and computerised calibration systems.
- Prior experience with quality management systems.
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
