Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our delivery team in achieving successful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex system integration projects, with a strong familiarity with IT project management methodologies and adaptable management style.

  • Manage a team of internal and vendor resources across multiple locations to deliver requirements and design project artefacts aligned with the roadmap.
  • Work with global product owners to plan requirements gathering phases.
  • Focus on delivering successful business outcomes while managing scope and timelines.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations and deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones and produce status reports.
  • Conduct retrospectives and present lessons learned to improve processes.
  • Estimate and track resources needed to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and resolve team issues and conflicts.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members.
  • Build and develop business relationships vital to project success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field.
  • 6+ years' experience managing complex system integration projects.
  • Strong familiarity with IT project management methodologies; adaptable management style.
  • Experience in the insurance sector preferred.
  • Proven track record with business executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to align scope, requirements, and testing across diverse business groups.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.
  • Proactive, motivated, and resourceful with ownership of work.
  • Flexible with shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation across various disciplines and levels.
  • Experience with planning and execution tools like Rally or similar software.
