Job Title: Senior Compliance SpecialistOur company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of commercial and clinical products in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.Job Description:
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU directives and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Maintain awareness of company operations to identify potential compliance issues and address them promptly.
  • Participate in management reviews to identify opportunities for improvement within the quality management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess QP qualification with at least 5 years of quality experience in an EU licensed facility.
  • Hold experience in Aseptic/Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and/or Clinical Trials Regulations.
  • Have excellent training, mentoring, oral, and written communication skills, as well as competent problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis abilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), technologies, and quality systems for certified products.
